A few years back, a friend and I were talking trash. Barbra Weber and I were wandering around St Johns trying to find someplace to dispose of a bag of trash I had brought from my "encampment" that I call home. Dumpsters everywhere have locks. Public trash cans are illegal to use. So, we started talking about how to help our fellow homeless people. She still claims me for her starting the GSA many years later, LOL.

She had this crazy idea that homeless people could make money going around Portland picking up trash. An incredible radical idea and I loved it. Since then, they have expanded the services a lot.

The shifty thing is that they compete with corporations such as Central City Concern and Rapid Response. These corporations are about nothing but money. They don't care who they target. They violate the US Constitution daily.

So, why is Portland behind these corporations rather then an org that helps people? Its really simple. To get elected as the mayor, he started this

and NO ONE even knows what they do or how much money they make. It is my option that Keith Wilson is making money from it paid by the tax payers but no one has proven either way.

Central City Concern and Rapid Response could be removed from Portland and 100% replaced with "Housing First" and Ground Score. Will it ever happen? I doubt it because to many people can't comprehend that other countries are eliminating homelessness by removing the corruptions buying the government as long as they are owned by the corruptions.

Along the same lines, 3 homeless folks have been protesting for over 2 month now in the St Johns Plaza.

The building that is surrounded by the "square" as its often called, has somehow made up rules that says no one can be within 5 feet of the building and privet corporate security often wakes people in the middle of the night to make them move or they threaten calling the cops.

I've spent many hours trying to find out the property lines

The rule I've always heard is 8-12 inches from the base of the structure is called an easement and even though part of the public property is "maintained" by the structure. Outside that space, the building owner has absolutely no say in what goes on. So, its no wounder they can get away with this terrorism just like sweeping homeless people in public space is terrorism.

Every day I ask, when is it time to do what I was trained to do in the US Army. The oath everyone says when joining the US Military is:

The USA has been a terrorist state since at least 1991 so why the hell don't people comprehend that we should have been at civil war decades ago?
